Fabrice Haiat is the Co-Founder and CEO of YOOBIC, the Frontline Intelligence & Execution Platform built for retail. Born and raised in Paris, he built YOOBIC with his brothers after recognizing a gap in enterprise tech: while most software is built for desk-based employees, frontline workers in retail, hospitality, and logistics have historically been overlooked. Today, YOOBIC connects data, delivers role-specific intelligence, and gives every person, from HQ to store associate, a way to act on it, empowering over 3 million frontline employees worldwide. Before YOOBIC, Fabrice began his career at McKinsey & Company and co-founded Vizelia, an energy-monitoring SaaS startup acquired by Schneider Electric.
