Customers can join the waiting list remotely from your website or by scanning a QR code at the entrance of your store. They also have the possibility to book an appointment to come in later.
Once customers have joined the queue or booked an appointment, they receive a confirmation with their QR code to show when they arrive at the store. When it is their turn, they are notified by email or text message and can then enter the store.
The customer confirms their arrival in the store by self checking in or by showing the QR code to the store team. Store employees can monitor the status of the waiting list in real time and view all appointments booked.
