I like that the tool creates a strong bond with the team and makes it very easy for operations, trainings, VM an to get any info quickly through or from the teams.

It makes me feel like I am in stores with our teams, when I actually only see them once every 2 months.

It was super easy to roll out, we have every age group in our teams and they are all using it at ease.
