YOOBIC Limited (“YOOBIC”, “us”, “we” or “our”) operates the website at yoobic.com. This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal data about visitors to our website, including people who make enquiries, request a demonstration or engage with our marketing.
This policy does not cover personal data processed through the YOOBIC platform or mobile application. If you are a user of the YOOBIC App, you should refer to the Privacy Policy provided by your employer.
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal data, please contact us first at security@yoobic.com so that we can try to resolve it. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it without undue delay and tell you the outcome. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
If you are in the EEA, you can also complain directly to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe the issue occurred.
