Lidl is a German discount retailer chain founded in 1930 and operating in 30 countries. Lidl France was looking for a tool to streamline the monitoring of operational execution and improve the visibility of compliance in its 1,570 stores in France.

- Regional teams spent a lot of time preparing store visits, collecting information, building action plans, and consolidating data into reports.
